Wall St. Training's open-enrollment courses utilize the same content we use to train our corporate clients and execute transactions. Our courses are highly practical & intensive as well as representative of real-world, on-the-job training.

Build a fully integrated 5-year financial statement projection model by projecting the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, the Debt Sweep to balance model and Interest Schedule. The first day will allow you to have a complete financial model projecting run-rate profitability, on which you can easily layer valuation and merger models.

On the valuation front, we dive deep into the nuances of valuation by understanding the art (not science) of valuation. Build upon your core financial models by integrating and layering on hands-on valuation analysis. Construct standard full-blown DCF analysis, trading & deal comps analysis and summary football field. The art of it lies in ripping apart footnotes and making subjective inputs while balancing objectivity.

Wall St. Training reserves the right to cancel course dates if enrollment is insufficient or for any circumstances beyond our control. If Wall St. Training cancels a class, all payments will be refunded in full promptly.

All requests for cancellation must be in writing (fax or email ok). If canceling 30 days or prior to start of the first class, a 50% cancellation fee + $50 processing fee will be assessed; if canceling less than 30 days from start of first class, no refunds given. Any substitutions must be made 14 days in advance of the first class; after that, no substitutions allowed.
